Happy (late) Easter! Jesus lives and we will live again too. I know this is true. :)
Tyler started his week with the tax deadline and a good dose of radiation. He then continued to receive radiation every day for the rest of the week. The radiation makes him feel tired and pretty sore. The doctor said that the tumors should shrink within the next month. Radiation is a good step forward, but it's also just a band aid for the problem. We pray that he will be able to run again soon.
Tyler begins a new regiment of Chemotherapy, immunotherapy and Avastin on Wednesday. We are hopeful that this new mix will make a difference. He has been asked to stop targeted therapy as he starts the new treatment. Tyler has been on a form of targeted therapy since he started this cancer journey 2 1/2 years ago. Its a little scary to stop, but both of his doctors think its best.
Thank you for your love, support, and prayers during this faith building experience. We spoke with a friend this weekend who helped us see how challenges can be a blessing. She has walked through difficulty and with Jesus Christ became stronger. I was so impressed with her faith and trust in God. I want to be more like her. God is still Great.

Cutest family ever! 🥰
